Jazzros takes part in the development of Industry 4.0 software projects. Currently, we are looking for a pro-active and result-oriented IT Recruiter (Kharkiv office or remote) to be a part of our team.
- Maintaining a full hiring cycle (from drafting the vacancy description to carrying out all the stages of selection and Job Offer negotiations);
- Building effective and trusting relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and the whole team;
- Maintaining the candidate database.
- Excellent communication skills;
- Candidate search proactivity;
- Social media proactivity;
- Good knowledge of different search channels, recruitment tools and interviewing process;
- Understanding of IT market trends and technologies/ IT positions;
- Huge level of self-motivation;
- Stress resistance;
- Positive attitude;
- Ability to quickly switch between tasks and meet deadlines;
- Intermediate English at least;
- Experience with G Suite tools and CRM systems.

- Great LinkedIn account;
- Marketing/Copywriting skills.
